We Guide Clients in Two Primary Areas:
We offer a variety of modalities such as one-on-on coaching, team-building offsites, workshops, private healing sessions and exclusive retreats. Regardless of the arena, clients say they appreciate our core qualities:
We Build Trust
Our credible business backgrounds coupled with a heartfelt approach and earnest desire to serve immediately creates an environment of safety and ease. This trust allows for shifts to be made quickly and easily.
We Develop the Whole Leader
We help our clients utilize and integrate all aspects of themselves into their role as a leader and encourage them to apply our principles and practices to both professional and personal lives.
We Leverage Core Strengths
True transformative change isn’t possible with head knowledge alone. For this reason, we navigate much deeper into the core of who are clients are and help them integrate their head, heart and gut into work and life.
We Identify Unspoken Dynamics
We are masterful at identifying the subtle and unspoken dynamics of a room. Clients are surprised by the precision of our observations and feedback, but quickly come to rely on our accuracy.
Our Process
Our coaching is highly customized to clients’ needs, so they can meet objectives with accuracy and ease. Because of this, we don’t have a standard process structure. We do see similarities, though, in the ways in which we work.
For example, our well-rounded approach means we introduce clients to a broad range of top-notch practices and principles. From the best leadership and teaming resources to information on psychology and brain science our coaching elevates clients’ understanding and knowledge.
Equally important, we help them explore their own inner resources of intuition, awareness and emotion. These core qualities deeply support their leadership development.
When guiding clients through common challenges, our process follows a particular flow. Examples Include:
Identifying Energetic Leaks
Leading demands a lot of energy, and when we begin working with a client, it’s clear the energetic tank is low. Rather than immediately offering strategies, we explore how they’re losing energy perhaps through a relationship dynamic or behaviors. Only after identifying and fixing the leaks do we move on to find ways they can enjoy sustainable energy every day.
Developing a Relationship with Ego
Ego is much more than “arrogance.” In fact, everyone’s ego is constantly at play both consciously and unconsciously. We help clients build a healthy relationship with their ego, including understanding what triggers them and what to do about it. This concept is key for leaders because as long as they are in dark about how their ego operates, they will work for it rather than it working for them.
Getting Clear on Purpose
A leader cannot sustain the energy it takes to lead without a very clear purpose. We guide our clients to understand not only how to meet the company’s goals and purposes, but how to understand their personal purpose. Once this is clear, leadership takes on a whole new meaning and their results grow exponentially.
We invite you to hear what our clients have to say about our work with them and the results they enjoy. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or are interested in learning how we can work together.
