Sara’s Background and Education
In 2002, Sara left her decade-long career as a Leadership Development Director for several technology and communications firms. During her role as an internal consultant and coach, she earned her frequent flyer gold status on dozens of trips to work with leaders in places as far-flung as London, Lubbock, Seoul and St. Paul. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications and a master’s degree in Organizational Management.
Business and Intuitive Skills Started Young
Growing up in Spokane, WA, Sara was exposed to conversations about business over the dinner table, and when she was 10, her parents introduced her to the teachings of self-development guru, Lou Tice. As a teenager, Sara regularly observed leadership team meetings held by her dad, who was president of a publicly traded company. Even then, Sara made observations about people’s behavior in the group, revealing a remarkable ability to tune into unproductive and unspoken dynamics.
The Making of a Meaningful Life
Today, dedicated to the same level of growth she asks of clients, Sara’s life is marked by depth, joy and love. She married Jesse in 1998 and has two sons, Ethan and Logan. In addition, Gus, their mini-Golden-Doodle, most definitely has her heart.
Sara confesses to an infatuation with shows like American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance. Her dream? Being on Dancing with the Stars. Her reality comes close, though — she’s a competitive ballroom dancer and lover of Latin music, both of which stir her soul and remind her there’s a distinct rhythm to what matters most.
